Hello,

So how exactly does the electronics go crazy when you turn on the lights? Does it dim and have issue staying on? Does the low battery light come on?

If that is what you are experiencing than it is likely that the alternator is not producing proper amount of output to the battery, and under load it dims the lights and act erratic.

To see if the alternator is the issue, test the alternator, by checking the output to the battery. You will need a voltmeter or multimeter to do this test.

Here is a helpful video of how to do that:

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
