1997 Mercury Marquis Knocking noise on engine

I started my car and heard a knocking noise on the engine. I checked the oil and its ok but when i rev the engine up the knocking noise gets a lil louder. I recently replace the engine on it. I can hear the noise on the left hand side valve cover.

check to see if what is pointed out in pic are loose, if not have alocal pro listen to it for a better diagnosis. If things are dry then see why oil isn't coming up to lube the parts.
