Your service manual will show where the main fuse is.
You need to work backward from the spark plugs and check for power at each component, therefore I would check
1. The plugs and wires (if you haven't already done so)
2. That you are getting power to the distributor
3. That you are getting power to the coil.
Once you get back to the coil it is harder to trace, but I would check the cam position sensor as well, and see if there are any grounds that are loose.
When you find the component that is getting power but not putting it out, you have probably found your culprit
