1997 Mazda 626 engine problem

i rings my car a week ago, and the crankshaft was resized from standard to o20, when driving the car it cannot climb even small slope, and when i am driving in gear 1and 2 , the engine idles low, so what can i do to remedy the situation?

Im not sure what you mean by "I rings my engine..." Can you explain? Also, let me know if the check engine light is on,

what i meant is that i changed the piston rings. For the check engine light, it is on. I also observed that there is oil in the combustion chamber
