My car piston rings has been replaced since two weeks ago, after 4 days I changed the top cylinder because of some trace of oil in two spark plugs, then two days ago I serviced the car by replacing engine oil and oil filter including fuel filter. Just yesterday the car started smoking again, I loose all the spark plugs and found out that there is oil in the combustion chambers, i.E on top of the piston head, can over gauge of oil cause oil to penetrate there or is it the rings, because I have changed the top cylinder. If it is the rings can it be replaced for the second time in just two weeks?

I doubt it 's your rings, were the valve seals replaced and guides checked for wear? That may be your problem. Also check the pcv system to make sure it's working.

Please what is the pvc system, and as for the valve seal is not been replaced. Can it really be the cause? Because oil is always in the four cylinder. Can the whole seal be bad?

It's pcv not pvc it's positive crankcase ventilation its' been around for years.I've included a pic it should be on your vavle cover with ahose leading to intake. And yes valve seals can be bad and should have been done when you replaced the piston rings. You can have it done with out pulling the head however. Any pro should be able to do this. But the valve guides should be checked at same time because if they are worn then you'll need ahead job done on it.
