My 1997 Honda Civic (82,000) is constantly making a jingling noise under the front hood yet that noise stops when I accelerate. Is that a problem I need to address by an auto mechanic?
I had my water pump/belt changed and all the spark plugs. For the last couple of months I hear a noise like bells rings coming from the under the front hood and it stops when I step on the gas metal. Lately, the noise is much, much louder and I am concerned. What does it mean?
