The temperature of my 97 Honda accord rise when A/C is on & stabilize when A/C is off. It does this intermitently

With the ac on it puts more of a load on the engine so yes the temp would go up. Does the ac fan come on with the ac on?

Have you checked the radiator and ac condensor fins for debris like sand animal fur bags etc?Are both the upper and lower radaitor hoses getting really hot?
