I have a 97 honda accord and my fuel pump wire doesn't work I check the main relay ive jump it from the fuel box it comes on

Most probably the main relay is faulty. Remove the main relay from the box and check the soldered joints for breaks, could be minute and not easily notice. Try resoldering the joints, especially the 4 joints, 2 central joints on either end of the relay.
