Not enough heat in 1997 gmc jimmy, what could be wrong.

Make sure the coolant is full. Start the engine, let it warm up, and have the heater on high. Once the engine is warm, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. If they are, check the blend door. If only one is hot and the other is slightly warm, flush the heater core.
