ignition is stuck in lock position how do I unstick it

You need to inspect the ignition switch cylinder lock-Try using the the override system- You have a key tumbler that has locked internally. Will need to do partial disassemble of upper column to access release for entire key tumbler replacement. You will need a steering wheel puller so if you do not have correct tools then have a shop do it.

Try turning the steering wheel at the same time you are turning the key. Also check this link out.
