I completely replaced my entire clutch system everything but the pedal. The slave cylinder broke during installation of a new clutch and now I cant get the air out of the system and the fluid all the way through the system it bubbles slightly but after hours no improvement to my pedal

Open the bleeder on the slave cylinder and allow gravity to bleed it.
