Recently, I noticed that the passenger floor of my 97 Chevy Cavalier, both the front and the back, are very wet. Some online research suggests that this is because my condensate drain is clogged. How can I locate and unclog the condensate drain on my car, specifically? Is this something I can do myself or should I take it to a mechanic? Thanks for your assistance.

When the AC drain gets clogged, usually you end up with water on the passenger side floor. However, I believe the drain is mounted on the firewall (under the hood) on the passenger side about 2/3rds of the way down. See if you can locate it. It will be a black hose and pointing down to nothing.
