Pulled a crank sensior out of a 4

Pulled a crank sensior out of a 4.3 and the new one will is to big to go back in.I see a brass sleeve inside, does this have to come out or can I find this part at a dealer. All the ones from the regular part store will not fit.

The sleeve should stay in as the cover where it mounts is plastic. I kind of find it hard to beleive that a delco or standard motor products or napa for that matter won't work.
