At 60 mph the rpm are running at 3000. Replaced TCC cylonoid - didnt work. Ignition key is getting stuck, not releasing key. Any ideas?

It sounds like the OD isn't working. Have you had the computer scanned?

Yes, that's right! Computer codes said replace TCC cylonoid, which we did! It didnt work. However, the truck seems to run ok (off and on). We have been keeping key in and truck in nuetral when parked. Any ideas on which part of ignition to replace (cylinder, module, switch?)

As far as the switch, there is a park lock solenoid. Make sure it is working properly or it could cause problems. Other than that, I would be guessing. You need to remove and inspect the components seperately to see which is causing the issue.
