Can I have a frost plug heater installed in my '96 Saturn?

Since my car is getting kinda old and the Minnesota winters get so cold I was considering having a frost plug heater installed. First I was wondering if it is possible for my make and model. Second, how much should it cost to have it installed including parts and labor?

Yes it is possibly I have had customers come in with them as far as how much installed I couldnt tell you. Its a basic install I dont see why you couldnt install it yourself.
