I replace the belt and now I have like a knocking noise

It sounds like its coming from the power steering pump is this possible? When im sitting in drive it really makes this noise. Put when I accelerate it doesnt then when I sit it park it only does in every minute but when in drive its constant. And I also found my power steering fluid was out there was nothing in it

If its doing it in drive I would check the belt tenisor for knocking. Is the belt tenisor a aftermarket one?If so they knock when installed on the single cam S model saturns.
