why when I turn my heater nob on it want blow but blow the 30 amp fuse everytime. how can i fix that

You have to determine what is shorted out and overloading the circuit which can be hard sometimes. Start out by unplugging the blower motor itself and see if the fuse blows then to tell you if the motor itself is causing the problem.
