In general, you are correct that injectors have around 16 ohms of resistance.
However, basically you need to check one and then the others need to be close.

If they are not pulsing, then you may have a control issue but if they are pulsing and still have no fuel then that injector has failed.

It is highly unlikely that you have failed all of them at the same time, so I suspect you have another issue.
So, let's start with testing them to find out if they are pulsing which will tell us if they are ok or not.
If they are not pulsing then we need to check for codes and find out what is there.

As for cleaning them, we do not need to do that in most cases but to do it, you just run some of that injector cleaner through them on a regular basis.
