car runs rough at idle and higher rpms, not sure but number 3 injector isnt getting fire,?

when u start it its not smooth very rough,when you drive it and you give it a little gas it wants to run smooth but if you give it more than a little it bogs down,backfires,and no power at all.you can drived on freeway but takes a while to get up to speed and it will go 70-75 no problem if you give to much gas backfire and loss of power

ive checked all plugs they are decent,checked idle positioning sencer ok,pulled number three injector switched with another one and injector turns up good on different cylender,when i pull each injector plug motor makes a difference except when i pull # 3 no difference

That indicates it is not an injector fault.

Have the engine compression checked.
