Seat belt

1996 ford thunderbird ---- I cannot 2 of the shoulder seat belts to - " engage " so they are now in the " secure " mode -- meaning when I extend them fully and pull down hard, they do not " click" or "ratchet " back -- tight to the point where the person is secure in their seat ---

Cannot help with the automatic features here.

I have removed 3 pennies and a dime out of my sisters "belt buckles", on 4 different occasions. Twice, not so EZ. Failure to latch issue also!

I told her, and told her, to give 'em up for adoption, as soon as she showed 'em to me. Before she got attached!
