Need to know why the accelorator wont work

I cant find a book on the ford f350 4x4 diesel powerstroke 7.3 1996 and dont know why accelorator wont work all I did was changed brakes and packed wheel barrings it worked prior it starts right up but nothing when you hit accelorator I have unhooked battery to try to reset but nothing

Check the throttle cable. On the throttle body and the accelerator pedal.

There is no throttle cable on it its all electronic

It has a fly by wire system that uses a oedal sensor and a motor on the throttle body. They need to be tested to see where the failure has ocurred.
