Service engine light

Not yet, going to do that today. Didn't mention but motor is remanufactured and wife drove it and it overheated ( thermostat went out ) had to take head off and have fixed, now it's back together and seems to be running fine except for that light.

Read article, is it saying you should leave OBDII hooked up while driving?
P0300 †01/01 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected is what the reading comes back.

Random misfires are normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel
