P0300 is a misfire code. You first must check the plugs for firing. Remove the plug wires one at a time with engine running. Rpm should drop. If not, that cylinder wasn't firing.

Now you have to find out why. Check for spark at that plug first. If none, check plug/wire/coil. If yes, move on to fuel system.

Check that cylinders injector for firing by listening with an automotive stethoscope. You'll hear a clicking. If no, use noid light or voltmeter to check connector for signal telling injector to fire. If signal, replace injector. If no signal, you have a wiring problem. If injector does fire, check the spray pattern. May be clogged.

There are several other more difficult to find sources for a misfire. Too much engine vibration, intermittent fault with the CKP/CMP sensors or wires. A dirty MAF, low fuel pressure, leaking FPR. Sometimes it just takes patience. But do not replace parts without testing them first. It cost too much money to do that.
