last running had to pump accel to keep running, suspected fuel filter.
changed fuel filter -X-, then fuel pump, now have fuel at filter.

checked timing at cam shafts w/crank TDC compression
When 1st turning over, sounds like trying to fire 1 or more cyls, then just spins by starter.
compression 1 - 4, 80 / 80 / 60 / 70
that's the extent of my familiarity with combustion motors
