My toyota landcruiser 6-cylinder starts well and runs for while and all of a sudden there is no fuel supply to the engine. I had to connect an fascet to help supply fuel. What could be the problem and how can I solve that

Are you reading this with a fuel pressure gauge?

@ Wrenchtech-
No I just noticed there is no presence of fuel at the supply pipe from the tank. Then I had to make do with a facet to pump fuel from tank

You need to monitor a fuel pressure gauge and the test for power at the fuel pump feed with the engine cranking.
