1995 Toyota Crown intercooler problem

I have a 1995 toyota crown royal saloon 3.5L which has been given turbo, stock motor, changed only drivetrain, injectors. The past years using the car have no problem, now when I reach 140 KM/H I heard some clicking noise from the intercooler or turbo I can' t make sure.

If it's the intercooler something is inside it id' go for turbo to check for that. May be something sucked into it as well.
