1995 Toyota Crown intercooler problem

I have a 1995 toyota crown royal saloon 3.5L which has been given turbo , stock motor , changed only drivetrain , injectors . The past years using the car have no problem , now when i reach 140 KM/H i heard some clicking noise from the intercooler or turbo i can' t make sure .

if it's the intercooler something is inside it id' go for turbo to check for that. may be something sucked into it as well.
