Cuando prendo EL carro SE prenden los ventiladores de enfriamento esto ES normal?

Cuando abro el switch de ignicion se prenden los ventiladores aun cuando el carro esta frio

Check/Test the coolant temperature sensor and fan relay

Problema: when opening the ignition switch is turn on the fans even when the car is cold
