I just changed my oil on my 4runner, and now when i accelerate or reverse, it will begin to jump before actually moving, and revs higher than normal. Also, it moves much more slowly, The oil pressure gauge on my dash is reading that it is high, and the dipstick is showing that there is quite abit of oil in there. Do i just need to drain oil to resolve this issue?
