i needed to pull the gas tank to replace the fuel pump and the speed nuts busted on the bolts to the bracket for the straps. how do i get the bolts out the piece keeps spinning up top i cant grip it with nothing.

Have you tried a pair of vice-grips? The proper size wrench or socket wont work? I cant see much from here.

yea i know this dont help much when you cant see. nothing dont seem to work with the wrenches vice grips maybe if i had a smaller pair. but no room for socket to fit

You might try a die-grinder, grind off the nut, be careful with the sparks. You can get new bolts and nuts, whatever, from your local hardware store.
