If the fuse that is protecting the computer is continuously blowing than there must be a fault with the computer wiring or the computer itself causing the fuse to fail. I would suggest inspecting the wiring harness from the computer, if wiring is good then replace the computer.
Based on your description, If you are not getting fuel to the engine, it could be for the fuel pump or the computer. Either way, something is causing it to blow. The most common cause is a skinned wire shorting. Determine what the fuse is actually for and then check the wiring to its components.
