My mechanic has destroyed my 95 Mazda MX3 by changing an oil seal and then not putting oil in after the job was done. The next day I drove 66 kilometers to get a flat tire repaired (which was also caused by same mechanic for rotating my tires without asking or telling me.) I got to the tire shop and I realized my car smelled hot and was smoking, and sounded like a tractor. So I asked the tire repair guy to check the oil level in the engine, and my engine was bone dry. Now my car is burning oil like crazy and I can't sell it like this nor can I afford to buy another car. They admitted it was their fault on the phone and said that they would replace the engine, however they later recanted that statement. Is there any legal way I can handle this?

They have also damaged my alternator, I had to have it rebuilt after they put an alternator belt on that was too small and they tightened it and caused the bearings to burn out. They also did some other work on a starting problem I was having, took out my command start and called it fixed. The next day my car broke down and I owe a $150 tow bill to have it taken back to the shop where they realized they didn't ground the car. I also paid for a brand new exhaust system and they put in a foot long piece of pipe and a muffler and called it done. I am so disgusted that I could cry. Thanks so much for your help.

File a claim in court, usually works well in these instances!
