How do I reset the seatbelts,light is on and seatbelts are stuck all the way out !

You will have to remove the cover to the seat belt retentioner and get it to retract the belt. Sometimes the ratchet gets stuck past the last tooth and gets stuck.
Then you can get the trouble code leared at any Advance Auto ro Auto Zone.
