Stuck intake valve, working timing belt wtf

Replaced fule pump, filter main relay and many fuses, and the honda ran great yesterday. Today gettin ready to leave with the car idling fine, then it just died. Checked more fuses, fuel lines, timing belt, turns out all intake valves are stuck open, wont budge when pushed, but the exhaust valves open fine, the car turns over, but has no compression. This just started? We have checked everything we can think of, but nothing seems to make sense any more with this car, is it even worth it to repair?

Have, now there is no spark -.- Everything we try to check seems to be working fine, but the intake valves being sticky and the spark, had car in idle for 3 hours fine, then bam face palm.

What makes you say that the intake valves are stuck in open position? Doesnt the camshaft rotate?

We had the valve cover off while we were checking the timing belt, the exhaust valves all worked, went up and down, but the intake valves were unable to move when pushed with a screwdriver. Camshaft does rotate, but only the exhaust side moves, intake does not
