On our 1995 GMC suburban we checked the windshield washer fluid level, the lines for clogs, checked the fuses and replaced the pump. When we turn the switch on the wipers turn on, however the pump is still not spraying. What else could be wrong?

In the diagram, the red wire at the washer motor should be hot when washer is activated. The black wire is ground.

Check for power arriving at the pump. It may be a bad pump.

a lot of times the littel sprayers get clogged. disconnect the hose at the sprayer and hit the washer and see if fluid comes out. if it does get a fine wire like off a shipping tag and run it down inside the sprayer. then try blowing air through it. then hook up hoses and try it.
