I have a 95 gmc sonoma that has a 4.3L throttle body, and the engine is dead.can I put a 4.3L vortec in that truck?

Hello,
In order to put a newer Vortec engine on that truck you will have to do some modifications.
First, they will have different engine mounts. This will require custom mounts.
The engine management system is different on that engine so all the computers are different as well. So, you will have to get all those components in order for the engine to function properly.
