One more. 95 aerostar v6. When the gas tank gets just below 1/4 the engine does not want to start. If I back offthe gas cap it starts fine, can tighten and will run fine. Put more gas in no problem runs fine.
Fuel pump going?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay-have the evaporative control system checked out-
