Hesitation when accelerating

I have a 95 Dodge Ram 1500 reg. Cab 4x4. I have checked the plugs & injectors they seem all okay
I run with super unleaded. While truck was is running I disconnected each fuel injector one at a time everything stayed the same across the board
ist start of the day things seem good until truck warms up then while in idle you can hear and feel the hesitation, when driving seem to get worse as it shifts in to higher gear. What do I do next?

Check the plug wires for arcing. Have the plugs ever been replaced? Check for vacuum leaks. If the check engine light is on, have thecomputer scanned for trouble codes.
