1995 Chevrolet Silverado Transfer case

My Transfer case is bad and I need to replace it. I am not sure which transfer case I need because I am not sure what is in it. There is no tag on it anymore and I can not find any information on this.

There are 5 different ones for borg warner
Identification tag is an aluminum tag attached under self-tapping extension housing bolts. This tag provides model number, serial number and build date.

Transfer case can be identified by an I.D. Tag, located on rear case. I.D. Tag provides model number, serial number and low range ratio. Date of manufacture is the serial number (I.D. Number). This information is necessary when ordering parts
