Check the sockets and grounds in the rear lights

When checking the brake lights and parking light not on, with a voltmeter at the rear connectors, on the drivers side I have 9V on one and 11V on another terminal. On the passengers side I have 12V on one terminal.

Socket connectors may be corroded.
Check the volts behind the socket in the harness
