You will have around 8-10 Liters when the light come on, if you know your average fuel consumption you will be able to calculate this out roughly, there is no set distance to travel.

Possible yes, but there is no guaranty that the gauge is working at that low reading very accurately, you do run the risk of running out of fuel and doing damage to the fuel pump, you should never let the tank run that low, with that saids, you should be able to make 15 miles, it may be touch and go though.
