My speedometer stopped being accurate. If I want to go about 35, I need to show 28 on the speedometer. It is pretty consistently off in this way. (I'm basing this on road signs that show your speed). It does seem that once I get to around 60, it is more accurate (but I'm basing this on flow of traffic in the slow lanes). Odometer and RPM's seem accurate

Have you checked the vehicle speed sensor? Is the trans shifting properly?

The vss is the first thing I would have checked. It is what creates the signal for the speedo.
