So, don't hesitate to come back with even the smallest of questions, and to be cliche', "There are no stupid questions", as I learn something every day and it is often times from customers. Cars change so much so fast, being an expert or even knowledgeable is a loose term. We really have some Technicians here that are experts though. Incredible how they answer the most obscure questions that I can't find any information on, and they answer it off the cuff with little thought.
