94 Saturn sohc cutting out at high rpm

I have a 94 Saturn SC1 with a sohc engine. The engine cuts out at about 3000 rpm and loses all power. The fuel pressure is 30psi, and I have replaced the fuel pump and filter. The injector resistance is about 2 (within spec) and there are no codes. Any suggestions?

Do you have any code's?So does it bog down like a plugged exhaust?

I discovered this morning that the catalytic converter is plugged. Thanks.
