This question is about my mail delivery car. I would like to gain more clearance between the ground and underside of car and raise the car up so when I am getting out, it is less strain on me. I want inexpensive and easy solutions this is not a custom make-over.
Thank You

The only thing I can think of is air shocks. Keep in mind, if you lift the vehicle, it will affect the way the vehicle handles.

Thanks, but handling is not an issue at 20 mph and what would I do about the struts on the front?

With the struts, the only thing that may help a little is a heavier duty coil spring. It won't lift like the air shocks, but should help a little.
