This is not just a matter of installing a gasket here. Once the head is removed, it has to be sent to a machine shop to be tested for cracks and flatness of the surface. The head will likely be warped from the heat and will need the surface planed, at the least. You also need to find and repair the original cause of the overheating that triggered the whole problem or it could all happen again. You also need a torque wrench and the correct tightening sequence. This is not really a job too learn on.
