When I start the car it starts fine and runs great after about 10 miles of driving regardless of if it is city or highway driving when the car is coming to a stop weather I downshift or put it in nutral the car trys to stall and I pump the gas and it catches and have to keep giving it gas to keep it going. Seems to be worse when there is a load on it such as when the lights or blower are on. In the last 2-3 years the car has had the following done. New water pump, radiator, 2 different thermostats, tappit cover, complete exhuast including catylitic converter, and donut from motor to exhaust, fuel filter, battery, plugs and wires, oil just changed about a month ago, carborator has been cleaned, all hoses seem ok, radiator resevior is always going low though. No oil leaking or any type of fluids. On occasion the car smells hot but not always. Clutch is getting old but still shifts great. Car runs great at higher speeds will run on the freeway all day with no problems. HELP! Afraid if I am driving on snowy roads the stalling is going to cause me to have an accident when trying to stop if it's slippery.

Sounds like the pickup screen in the gas tank is plugged. It will cause stalling when the largest volume of fuel is pumped, which is during coasting. Before tearing into that, you might try a new MAP sensor just to be safe.
