My daughter has a '94 3 cyl Charade that stalls on long trips.
Seems OK just running around locally. If she sits and waits a few minutes it will start again and she can continue on. Sometimes without any more incident. I have changed the fuel filter which looked a bit yucky, but it is still doing it. Any suggestions gratefully recieved. I feel it is a fuel problem.

When it could not be started, you need to find out what is missing. It could be fuel or ignition sparks related.

My car does that when I turne on the aircon it drained power from the engine and was making horrible sounds turns out it was the aircon pump. I would be driving and it would stall and drain the battery so yeah maybe have a look and see it that could be the problem
