When I drive down the road the truck handles horribly and steers pretty hard sometimes and is almost like I'm breaking through a barrier with little movements but when I'm not moving and turn the wheel it's fairly easy. Power steering pump is making a little noise but not the noise that it makes when it's gone.

have a pro check the front suspension may be a ball joint or sway bar bushings shot
