Truck (turbo) is stalling out. When put in drive it feels like the engine is choking. If you start it, it will run for fifteen to twenty seconds if you are pressing on the gas then it Shuts off.
Error Codes 18, 19, 35, 54.
Yesterday it was pulling a cow trailer for twenty minutes and the truck started to slow down until it shut off. Let it sit a little and it would start for a short time and shut off.
It has been doing this off and on for a little bit.
Thanks.

Good afternoon,

A few things you need to check.

A fuel filter is the first thing. It is on the firewall behind the motor. How long since you replaced it?

Next is fuel pressure. You need to test the pressure to the filter. It should be about 7 lbs.

Last, if both of those items are good, good chance the injector pump is bad internally. This was a very common failure for stalling and low power on the old 6.5.
