The brakes on my 1993 T100 Truck are grabbing and locking from time to time. When this happens I can release the hydro pressure by opening the bleed **** on the right front. I replaced the rubber hose on the right front brake but it did not correct the problem. The problem is random but seems to have happened two times when I parked on a slight upward slope. I can feel the brake pressure increase to the point the truck will not go. I open the stop **** and off I go!

What is the problem?

Is the caliper piston sticking? Also, if the pressure is released when you open the bleeder, that tells be the problem is before the caliper. Are you sure the new rubber hose to the caliper isn't twisted or no good causing a restriction?
